Kendall LOVED the wagon! I guess this is what we need to get her for Christmas! Does anyone know where to get red metal wagons like this????

Found my pumpkin!

Got one decent one of my 3 kiddos!

We went for our first trip of the year (hopefully not the last!) to the Bear Creek Pumpkin Patch, hands down the best patch around! The kids had a blast (rolling down the dusty hills!) and Joe and I played paparazzi with the camera and the video camera! Can't believe how fast my children are growing....have to remember these moments...love my babies!
Have a great weekend! I am looking forward to relaxing and enjoying being home! Sending birthday greetings to Steph as today is her actual day and sending good wishes to Kim as she enjoys her last few days being pregnant! Baby boy is is scheduled to be born on Tuesday! Can't wait to see pictures of the newest Cory family member!

Happy birthday, Steph!

Steph had an awesome birthday/costume party over the weekend...yes, the queen of parties! Of course, it was incredible! A haunted house maze in the backyard....the kids LOVED it! Great food and drinks, fun costumes (loved the Shrek couple!) and fab entertainment. Steph sang a few songs, and one duet with a friend, while another good friend of hers played the piano. He was great! We brought the kids for the beginning, then dropped them home with Grammy so we could mingle and hang out. We stayed until after 1:00...it was a late night for us! But a fun one!
Here's Corbin, Spence & Jake...they look so cute!

Our family picture....not the best!

Helllllloooooooo

Hello, all my blog readers! Enjoying fall? We had some wild weather that swept through briefly and now enjoying some cooler fall weather! So glad that Grandma is home! She was gone for 2 weeks (1 week in Arizona and 1 week in SD, babysitting her "grand-dogs" while Jenny & Justin went to New Orleans!). We have missed her! Today was her birthday, so we had Thai food for dinner here, and the boys decorated a cake for her! Happy birthday, Mom!!!!

Some pics to share...nothing too excitingthose are ffrom having fun at Aiden's birthday party...life is either school, home, soccer, homework...normal living. Cooper did have his first field trip, to the pumpkin patch! With cousin Pana on the bus!

Tomorrow we are heading a BIG Birthday/Halloween party at Steph's! Joe is actually there right now, helping her set up the all the decorations! Can't wait!!!

Weekend Update

Hello to all of my friends out there! Hearing about a few more of you that are my readers...somebody is reading this! :-))))

We had a great weekend! We "camped" out at Grammy & Grampy's because our house was being fumigated for spiders (again). The kids loved it! Grammy & Grampy are on the East Coast right now, enjoying the family reunion and visiting D.C. with Grammy's parents for her Dad's military ship reunion. How cool! so wishing I was there!!!! My parents are also out of town, visiting Grandpa in Arizona for his 90th birthday party! So wishing I was there, too....but even though I'm here...we had some fall fun!

We went up to Sierra Glen Apple Ranch (near Sonora) for some apple picking with our good friends, the Adrian's. (Joe and Allen have been good friends since 4th grade...and now each has 3 kids: 2 boys and a girl!)Attempting to get the 4 boys to pose together...Kendall and Peyton (8 months apart) We found out you can't actually pick your own apples there....but we did! Hee-hee! The boys had a blast, picking and eating and running through the orchards! The place was pretty, but due to a wedding, we got kicked out early, they only had apple pies for the wedding, and the hayrides were over...so if you are going, call and see if they have a wedding planned, otherwise, don't go!

Since that ended a little early, we went over to Columbia, a little historic town. Things were closing up shop there, too, but we wandered around, the kids climbed rocks, bought candy (of course!) and just enjoyed our time. We ended with dinner at mexican restaurant, and boy, 6 kids ages 6 and under....talk about crazy times! But we had a great day and look forward to our next adventure with the Adrian's. We're thinking Monterey and the Dennis the Menace Park.

Today we relaxed, ran errands and decorated for fall and Halloween. Spencer and I picked up some Halloween crafts to do at Michaels, too. The boys are so excited for Halloween!

Priorities

Dear bloggy friends,
These last few weeks have been a big change for me, work wise and raising three kids, and my time is so limited. I am having to set priorities and my blog, sadly, is not a priority right now. I will keep updating as often as I can, but it will most likely be every two weeks or so. Thanks for reading! Have a wonderful day and remember to tell your loved ones how much they mean to you!

Love,
Amy

Soccer Pictures!

(Not soccer, but a cute one of my little man!)

OK, here ya go! Enjoy the soccer pictures from Spencer's first game ever! Very exciting! The game started out with both teams making 2 goals right away! And the other team was HUGE next to our team! They were definitely the older kids in the U8 league! But our kids did a great job! The games was suspended for awhile due to lightning strikes. We had some weird weather yesterday. The last half of the game was so exciting! Alas, we did not win, but we only lost by one point! Good job, Lions! Can't wait until next week! Jake scored his first goal, in his first is our game! Uncle Brian, coach, was so thrilled! Joe is our assistant coach. He LOVES it!

*Pictures coming soon & Weekend Links

(Sentiment "stolen" from www.perfectsentiment.blogspot.com :love her quote cards!!!!)

OK, OK, I'm still here....can you believe I have NOT downloaded the pics from my camera in Sept yet? Yikes! Man, this "work" thing sure puts a damper on my real life! Ha! Not to mention all the doctor appts I scheduled for us in September...not sure why I did that....4 more to go this month, 4 down already?!? And tomorrow is Spencer's FIRST soccer game! Go, Lions!!! Can't wait to see it!

We're all fine here, enjoying school and life. Spencer adores first grade! His "low" of the day (every night, we say our highs and lows of the day) is always "leaving school"! He has lots of friends, a teacher who enjoys him, and he likes learning!! Cooper is liking pre-school and going to Miss Michelle's. He says he goes to two schools! Kendall is a happy girl at Miss Michelle's. She claps when we pull up to her house. That makes this working mama feel MUCH better. Of course, I'd rather be home with her, but knowing she is loved and happy makes it bearable. Her friend Sophia is back, too.

I've been itching to do some scrapping lately...actually took pics of some of my pages..but have downloaded the pix yet. Truth is, my new phone has my email and facebook, and so I have not been on the computer as much...it's an addiction, those "crackberries". Hee-hee..I took a picture of it as one of my picture of the days....

Haven't not forgotten the links....I save posts I read if I think you might enjoy it, so let me know if you do! Getting close to my 300th post. Wowee!!! Maybe I should do a giveaway! stay tuned!!!!

COOL new site for scrappers...ebooks....cheap...good ideas!!

OK, so you don't scrap, you might LOVE this idea...I love it, too!!!!

Apple cider vinegar and all of it's healing properties....personal note: Joe and I chugged some yesterday and FEEL a lot better today!!!! Doesn't taste great, though...

Happy Weekend! Tell someone you love them right now!!!!

Happy birthday....

....to my dear, sweet Auntie Emese!!!! I know you read my blog, so I wanted to make sure I sent you a birthday wish all the way to Italy!!!! I love you very much and can't wait for you to be closer soon! Have a SUPER day!!! :-)

Weekend Links*********

Hello, hello...it's been a long week...school (so tired of changing my schedule with the kids.....), not a lot of sleep, busy (Bunco, doctor's appt in Modesto and Chuck E Cheese trip for the kiddos) and just emotionally drained for many reasons. Is it summer vacay yet???

But I am here with a few links, sorry no pix, my 365 project is lacking...I think I can dig up a few pics for the last few days...Spencer's soccer practice, my new phone (Blackberry...finally catching up..somewhat...with the times!LOL)...but haven't downloaded the pics in a while...
ANYWAY, just need some more sleep and I'll be all better!

Thanks for your sweet comments on Brandy. Even though I didn't know her all that well, I saw her kids almost everyday for the last 2 years (since they are Miss Michelle's with my kids) and we'd post things on each other's wall and tag each other on facebook. Whenever I saw her in person, she was so friendly and positive. She truly was a special person, and her funeral last night illustrated just that. It was packed, with so many people sharing inspiring stories about her, and ended with a standing ovation for Brandy, for a life well led. Way too short, but she did a lot in her 31 years! Makes me think, what have I done??? Not enough...need to get living....

So, here's a few links to brighten your day:
A new magazine about families....looks interesting

Got a printer? Need some art? Free art!

Creative family blog and downloads...fire up the printer here!

So many bakers, some bad mistakes....cake wrecks! (thanks, steph, for the funny suggestion!)

I know many of you aren't locals, and here's a nice story our local paper did on Brandy.

Happy WeEKeNd!!!!!!!

Please pray...

...for this sweet family we know that lost their mama this weekend unexpectedly. Brandy was a fun, spunky woman, who adored her kids SO much! Her daughter is Kendall's age and Kendall's BFF (as much as 16 months can be!) and they were at the same babysitter's house, our wonderful Michelle. Her son is 3, and just as cute as could be, always has a twinkle in his eye!

But now their lives have been changed, they'll be living without their mama. I guess this has affected me so deeply since I lost my Dad at age 4 and have few memories of him. I know he loved me a lot, but other than that, I don't know much...it pains me to think of these 2 sweet children not knowing their mama. Her time on Earth was so short, why???? Why??? It makes NO sense. How can someone be healthy 2 days ago and be gone all of a sudden? Please pray for the family, for comfort and peace. For her husband, picking up the pieces and moving on...I can't imagine.
God bless them! Please bring comfort and healing!

*Weekly Update & Weekend Links*

So, how do you like this once a week updating? Sorry...my life is getting in the way! Ha! School is going fine! Thanks goodness! But I miss my babies....

Cooper started pre-school this week, too. He goes to a co-op pre-school and was so excited! Spencer went there, too, so he knows what to expect. And in the afternoon, he'll be back with his "An Chelle and Miss Diane" (his beloved babysitters). Not sure why he calls Miss Michelle, "An Chelle", but it's also what he calls his Aunt Michelle, too! He sure has lots of Michelle's that love him! He had a fun first day and his cousin Pana is in his class, too!

(He wouldn't look at the camera that day! Stinker!)
So here are my links, and I'll try to update more often. Come see me on facebook if you really need to see what I'm up to...I can sneak onto there quicker and easier...when the kiddos go to bed at night!

Want a neater looking fridge (on the outside)? these frames look way cool!

this is what I planned to make for the dads and grandpas this year on Father's Day, but ran out of time...maybe for Christmas? Photo cubes!

Another creative blog! cute downloads, too!

Would LOVe one of these necklaces sometime...thinking these would make fab Christmas gifts for Grandmas...

Happy Weekend!!!!
