Happy Thanksgiving!!!

Hope everyone had a great day, filled with family, friends, and yummy food!

We sure did, though it was a crazy day! Cooper, who goes down for naps so well, decided he didn't want to nap...Joe napped after his morning playing in the annual family golf game, I was trying to make mashed potatoes for a crowd...finally got to the dinner and it was wild! 10 kids, most under the age of 5! Ages:11, 9, 8, 4, 4, 3, 2, 1, 1, 2 months...I was so ready to get home and go to bed! But we had a lot of fun! The food was so good! Being pregnant, I didn't feel bad going back for thirds! The hit was Guitar Hero, that Xbox game. the kids (and grown-ups) had a blast playing that. I posted a picture of Joe playing. And one of him with his brother at the golf game. The other is of our family, and Spence pushing cousin Panacea in a doll stroller. She enjoyed that!

Caught up on my shows last night...not liking Grey's so much lately. It's sooo dramatic, get back to the funny stuff already! Tired of mopey Meredith. I am liking Private Practice better right now.

Well, off to play with my kiddos. Spence is watching SuperWhy...he loves that show and writes the words they make. "Look, mama! I wrote the word GO!" He is pretty interested in spelling right now. Coop knows one letter, B....and he loves singing the ABC song, in his own way.
Happy Friday! Are YOU out shopping????

Still here..

...yes, life is busy right now! We're still here! It's Thanksgiving Week, and I have the week off! Yippee...in my sweats, just enjoyed a nice, long, hot shower...now catching up on my internet stuff. the boys are great! Cooper is talking more, and so smart...he knows how to take the lid off the child proof lids...think tylenol, children's vitamins...yeah, not so great! Spencer is happy as always. He slept over at Grandma's house last night..what a treat! (Coop enjoyed only child night). Now he is planning his next sleepover with his cousin Jake. We also have several playdates already set up for this week. I really could be a stay-at-home mom!

Ok, enjoy the pictures...Spence picked Coop to be his guest at his school Thanksgiving Feast...aren't they cute? Plus, some other random pix for your viewing pleasure.

IF you have any great girl names, send the my way! We are stuck for some names....

Updates Galore!

First, Halloween...the boys had a great day! Both had parties at their school. Joe went with Spence to pre-school, and Spence was a police officer and Joe was a convict! He said their costumes were a hit. Cooper was supposed to Spider Man, but at the last minute he discovered Spencer's old Disney Dalmation costume and he wanted that. In fact, he was worn it everyday since Halloween. We even went to Costco last night and he was wearing it!

Halloween night we went to a Harvest Festival at church. The boys loved it, but we left early because it is our tradition to trick-or-treat with the Adrian Family every year. Monica didn't go out with 1 year old Kyle, but the the rest of us went and got tons of candy. Cooper was loving it! He has a big sweet tooth. So Halloween was a success this year!

The next day we had out ultrasound and found out baby #3 is a GIRL! I was so shocked! I had been thinking maybe it was a girl...this pregnancy is different...but this week had gone back to thinking it was a boy. Spencer has been insistent since he found out he was getting a new baby that is is girl, so he knew! Yes, we are thrilled! but it also means starting all over with baby gear! We don't have any baby stuff anymore anyway, but definitely need bedding and clothes and all the pink things girls need! So excited! We are stuck with names, need to look around some more. I have been very indecisive with this pregnancy, anyway....

So that's our week in a nutshell. We had a great visit with Jenny and Justin last weekend, and went to a wedding. Spencer danced the night away with Ashland. He has a crush! It was very cute!

Better go, Spence has been asking me to play...
