We've had a great couple of days soaking up the summer sun, now that everyone is healthy. Well, little miss is still a little cranky, but doing better! We enjoyed the free movies, swam at the local lake,

went to our cousin's houseboat (thank you!)

Spencer & Jake inner tubing..my little fish LOVED it!
Here's my Spencer jumping off the houseboat....he probably did this about 100 times, give or take 10! LOL!
and then swam with friends today. Also, threw a small party to say goodbye to a friend last night. (Jenny, Victoria (moving to Clovis), me, Corinna, and Alina)
Joe says I'm cramming as much summer as I can in before school starts....you betcha! It's no secret that I don't wanna go back to work!!!

Hope you are all enjoying your summer days, too!!! My parents get back from Arizona tomorrow! Grandpa is feeling better (and sounding better).

...he recovers quickly...but not quickly enough for our trip to San Diego! Waaaah!!! We were supposed to go today and my boys had tickets to Comic Con for Friday! Kendall and I were going to visit my old college roomie, Michelle. So, anyways..we're staying home now and mama ain't happy!
(pictures by Spencer!)
who you swear is older than almost 3! She was a great helper with Kendall!

And she loved playing with Sen-ser (Spencer!). After our visit and park time
with them, we headed over to Nana and Grandpa's for a visit and a yummy dinner. Spencer picked some produce from their garden
and asked Grandpa, "Why do you have so many breakables in your house?" Grandpa just laughed! Luckily, nothing was broken! Not sure where my photography skills were in this picture...not that I claim to be a great photographer, but come on, the lighting is all wrong...I might try it in black and white to see if it's better! Sorry, Nana and Grandpa!!!

doesn't he look like a blond Edward??? Hee-hee, Twilight fans will know what I'm talking about! that hair! Daddy cut the boys hair the other day, he did a good job! Is it really worth it to pay $30 for 2 little boys' haircuts??? No! Of course, we will still take them in for styling, but Daddy can do the in-between trims...and save money! More frugal living at it's best...
